Not to get started. Every tool works without signing in, up to the daily guest limits. Creating a free account with your email or Google takes a few seconds and unlocks unlimited non-AI tools, more AI runs, and saved CVs and history.

For tools that run in your browser, a visit counts once, the first time you add a file or text, and you can keep working for 30 minutes. For AI tools, each generation counts as one run. Multi-step jobs count once, so a transcript and its summary are a single run. Requests that fail are not counted.

Many tools process files entirely in your browser, so they never leave your device. Files that need the server are used only to complete your request and are deleted once processing finishes. Your content is never sold or used to train models. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Daily limits reset at midnight UTC. Paid plans get a fresh pool of AI runs on the 1st of each month (UTC). Unused runs do not roll over.

Starter includes 100 AI runs a month, Pro 500, and Business 2,500. Runs are shared across every AI tool with no daily per-tool cap, and non-AI tools stay unlimited. Yearly billing costs the same as 10 months.

Yes. Switch plans from Pricing and the prorated difference is billed right away, or credited toward future invoices when you move to a cheaper plan. Cancel from Billing at any time and you keep your plan until the end of the current billing period. There is no cancellation fee.

Transcripts export as TXT, DOCX, SRT, and VTT. Documents export as PDF, DOCX, and JPG. Images export as PNG, JPG, and WebP. Data tools export as CSV and JSON.

Audio is transcribed with a Whisper speech model and then cleaned up by an AI language model, which fixes punctuation, casing, and speaker turns. Clear recordings typically land in the mid-to-high nineties for word accuracy; heavy background noise and overlapping speakers lower that.
